Accounts

Payments can be made by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. If you are settling your account with a credit card, please note that a credit card surcharge will apply. Company charges or cheque payments will only be accepted by prior arrangement.

Credit card payments in Australia incur a merchant service fee in addition to the total amount payable. Please check with the Reception for further information.


After Hours – Access

To ensure the safety of our guests, the front door is not open to the public from 8:30 pm to 8:00 am from Monday to Saturday, and 6:00 pm to 8:00 am on Sunday and Public Holidays. To enter during these hours, please use your building access FOB.


Baby Facilities

A baby cot is available at a fee of $20 per stay (must be pre-arranged for availability).


Baggage Services/Storage

We will be happy to assist you with same day baggage storage. Please contact the Reception.


Breakages & Damages

All apartments are fully equipped with standard inventory. Please report any breakages, missing items or damaged property on arrival. The cost of replacement or repair on any items broken or damaged is the responsibility of the guest.


Business Services

For a small fee, a complete range of business services are available including courier and mail services, photocopying, and facsimile. Please contact Reception.

  • Photocopying 20c per A4 page (Black & White)
  • Fax $1.50 for the first page and $1.00 for any additional pages

Car Parking

Undercover car parking is available but limited for guests with access via the Bottle Shop entrance on Cabramatta Road. The cost is $35 per day (subject to change). This will be charged to your account. Bookings for the car park must be made in advance.

Park Regis Concierge Apartments accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles parked in this facility.


Check Out

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am on the day of departure. For special arrangements or extensions, please contact Reception.

Should you be leaving prior to 8:00 am on the day of your departure, please contact Reception the day prior to settle any balance on your account. Keys can be dropped off in the Express Checkout box located on the reception desk.


Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa. Credit card surcharges applies – see Accounts.


Electricity

The power points in your room operate on 240 volts (AC 50 cycles). Adaptors are available for hire from Reception.

Your feedback will be analysed and used to continually improve the standards of our services and facilities and in the training of our hotel staff.


Housekeeping

Please contact Reception to organise any cleaning services you may require. The apartments are serviced on a weekly basis.  Extra services will incur a charge of $35 (studio), $50 (1 bedroom) per service (subject to change). Fresh towels can be provided at no extra cost from Reception.


iPhone Dock / USB Charger

All rooms have an iPhone dock that includes a USB port for charging (USB cable not supplied).


Keys

Please remember to keep your room key with you at all times and ensure you lock all doors and windows when leaving your apartment for security purposes. Lost or unreturned keys will attract a fee of $250 per key to cover the replacement of lock, new keys and security FOB.

Smoking

This is strictly a non-smoking building. Smoking will result in a $250 penalty. For allocated smoking areas, please contact Reception.


Tour Bookings

An information tourist brochure stand is located in the lobby. A friendly Guest Service Agent is able to assist you in making a recommendation or booking on your behalf.


Upgrades

The hotel has a variety of room type options including Superior Studio apartment, Studio apartment with Harbour view, Standard One Bedroom apartment, and One Bedroom apartment with Harbour view.  Upgrades are subject to availability. Enquire at Reception for upgrade options and rates.

Air Conditioning

Most apartments are fitted with an additional climate-controlled air conditioning system which can be adjusted by using the control panel on the unit or remote. Should you require assistance, please contact Reception.


Do Not Disturb

Please place your “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your apartment door to ensure your privacy is upheld. Please note: Your room will not be serviced when this is in place.


Departures

Guests are reminded to vacate their rooms by 10:00 am on the day of departure, otherwise, extra charges will apply – see Check Out.


Hair Dryer

For your convenience, each hotel room and apartment is equipped with a hairdryer.

If you encounter a problem with your hair dryer, please contact the Reception and a replacement will be provided.


Internet Access

At all Park Regis & Leisure Inn Hotels in Australia, we are delighted to offer our valued customers complimentary Wi-Fi limited to 1Gb per 24 hours

Iron & Ironing Board

An ironing board can be found in your room wardrobe/cupboard. Your iron is located in the bathroom above the laundry sink.

All apartments offer a comprehensive kitchen facility. Whilst the operation of the appliances is fairly self-explanatory, please contact Reception should you experience any difficulties.

Fire Evacuation

This property is fitted with an advanced fire protection system which includes a fire alarm and an automatic evacuation system, which sounds via speakers throughout the building. In case of fire, please follow the procedures outlined below.

  1. If the fire alarm or automatic evacuation system is activated, please make your way to the nearest fire exit.
    Please DO NOT RUN and DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS/LIFTS.
  2. Do not telephone the Reception as we may need the lines for Emergency Calls. It is illegal for anyone other than the Fire Brigade to tell you whether it is a false alarm.
  3. Assemble on the corner of Military Road and Cabramatta Road outside the café.
  4. Do not re-enter the building unless you are advised to do so by the Fire Brigade.

This information is also available behind each main door of your apartment.


Fire Alarms

In an effort to reduce the number of fire alarms activated by smoke detectors in units, we kindly request you to take responsibility for the following

  • Ensure that the unit is adequately ventilated at all times
  • Always use the range hood when cooking or using the toaster

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Should you set the smoke alarm inside your apartment from excess smoke while cooking, open the balcony door and keep the front door shut.  If it is found that you have set off the main building alarm as a result of opening the front door, please note that you will be charged for the cost of the call out fee from the fire brigade which is $1,950 plus GST. Please contact the Reception if you have any queries.
